if we are joining new company with new 401k, what you guys are doing with old company 401 related money? 1. Keep with old company 2. move with new 3. put under bank or any other 3rd party? 4. taking money from old company? it is taxable and penalty.

max u can invest 18% of ur salary per year. depends on how much u want to put. company match chesthe neeku super, ledhante mottham maname pettukovaali. in my case, company doesn't match anything - me putting 10%.

Also, indhulo kuda 2 options unnai - roth & Non-Roth. difference is u pay taxes right away, and the other one is u'll pay later. 

market padipothe, mana 401k value kuda padatundhi but the one who is managing our 401k, they will give you options like low,medium and high risks. you can choose which ever u like - high risk theesukunte, gains/losses are high. so generally ppl go with moderate one.

it's not 18%, but 18k..
