Did anyone buy plots or land in or near financial district, Hyderabad? If so how are the prices. Please share some details.

Nanakramguda.. Chala costly undi bhayya aa area . Like sqyrd min 80 to 100k. Availability assal ledu..

Nenu last year chala vetikanu Nanakramguda, Kokapet, Manchirevula areas lo..  appatlo sqyrd 60 to 80k undedi ippudu almost 100k untadi..

That area is going to be the next Jubilee Hills/Banjara Hills. US Consulate is building a new campus in Nanakramguda and moving there. Google is building its headquarters there..
