Its a disputed area, which is claimed both by India and Pakistan and there is no concrete basis to define border on that side, that's what both sides are fighting for. UN ceasefire line, is the LOC which will divide us right now. International media or UN always address or says Jammu and Kashmir as Indian administered Kashmir. 

Don't get influenced by POTUS speeches. India and Pakistan problem is 1000 times bigger than what you heard about mexico border.
