We stayed next to Champs-elysees. It was walkable from Eiffel tower but not too close. However we took Uber most of the time. Also ticket is something which is gonna cost pretty high depending on business or economy. We flew to Nice stayed there 3 nights and went to Paris in Train. It was a great trip. We even did a champagne tour was worth every penny (1000).

It costed us around 16k however if you went for economy you can do that in 9-10k. Restaurants was not cheap. It all depends on how much you want to spend and what your significant other prefers.
