I think it's a combination of radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Even in that, you should use PD1 in combination with other therapies, but again each cancer is different, some are tolerogenic, some are immunogenic. We should also give patient specific therapeutics as each person's cancer is different and the same therapeutics won't work for everyone.
