Akaada 2004 YSR ruling lo ...all those lands were acquired by govt for SEZ and were sold to companies... many campanies acquired land from the govt but very few actually established the companies... during that time the price shot up and there were decent number of sales that happened along with apartment construction.

majority sales happened on the highway leading from Achutapuram to Vizayanagaram.

I have 1000 sq yards VuDa approved plot for sale in Madhurwada surrounded by apts and independent houses.

Location: close to Dronamraju kalyana mandapam and opposite to Sreekrishna grammar school
