Gain deep knowledge in business processes, applications, biz rules, company knowledge, product knowledge, market knowledge, competitor knowledge, vertical knowledge, horizontal knowledge, do a KICK-ASS job and become a social-butterfly and IRREPLACEABLE. Also, become very good at English. That’s the only way to kick their butts!

Howard Stern is irreplaceable. When he left his previous radio station, it almost went bankrupt. His channel is the biggest on SiriusXM for years and it’s future would be jeopardized if anything happens to him. A 2-minute live-read of an ad on his channel costs 12-15K (ZipRecruiter is the biggest advertiser on Sirius - GEICO is the biggest advertiser in the US).

Elon Musk is irreplaceable.

Steve Jobs was irreplaceable (but somehow, Apple survived without him - that’s an exception because most of the major innovations were already made by Steve).

Those were just extreme examples :)

I've seen many Indians with great technical skills and talents but they suck at just one thing big time - good English. Understood - many had education in Telugu medium. They could be so much more if only they could speak/write good English but they are stuck in a dead-end job.

Let's face it - English is not a plus - it's a MUST! Especially, when we are in the US. It's never too late to learn and it's free. So, we could start there and master grammar, first... Fortunately, the good news is - English is very, very EASY to learn, interesting and never boring!

Then we can continue with mastering this skill and add 50% more VALUE to ourselves - just like that:

Free courses are scattered and hard to follow.

Paid courses are structured, complete and all in one place. Udemy (video) courses go on sale every month for $10-$12 and they are all buy-once and keep-forever. You can download courses into their app for offline watching and later delete them once done (or just a browser):
