Once you have it you can verify online in the Govt website about the history of owners.You can also get EC certificate from any E-seva if you have the document number.

If going for a bank loan, they will also  verify the documents, registration etc - ya planing this as my final line of defence

yes i have 0 knowledge on buying property in india and i dont have help in india either, i will be travelling to India once i find a property

Summarizing for future and for others:

  • Aaah Inti documents & details teesukoni registar office lo verify chesukovatame aah property ammutunna taaluku family andari acceptability undaali lekunte future lo issues raavochu.. Kaanoon ani website undi you can get in touch with lawyers over there.
  • First link doucments techuko. That is More important. It will have history of who purchased the house first and the municipal permissions, plot allotments etc.. Then check the registration online to validate the owner
  • go for a bank loan, they will also  verify the documents, registration etc
  • Only the owner of the property can provide you the documents. Once you have it you can verify online in the Govt website about the history of owners.You can also get EC certificate from any E-seva if you have the document number.
  • for legal help, Kaanoon ani website undi you can get in touch with lawyers over there.
