Should happen before 10th of this month.

Normally 45 days before the end of current term if going with 9-phase election. 

Ipatiki inka code raledu ante maybe lesser number of phases...may be 6-7 phases. If that’s the case, latest by March 12-15th and earliest in the next 3-5 days.
