My guess : AP and Telangana will go to elections in two different phases 

Telangana : Most likely will go along with Rajasthan,Uttar Pradesh, Bengal and Tamil nadu

Andhra Pradesh : Most likely will go along Uttar Pradesh, Bihar,Gujarat,Kerela

Election code may come in from March 8th-10th

6 phases of elections...starting with first phase around April 15th and last phase on or around may 10th, results on May 13th
