Na situation idhi...can someone help me here...Info kavali..

 

Nenu 8 months kinda Client change ayya...appude Amendment apply chesa..still Amenment is in pending status...

Right now na H1b - Sep 2019 varaku undhi..Nenu ippudu H1 Ext cheddam anukuntunna....am I eligible to H1 Premium processing..while my old Amendment still in processing stage ?

 

Ma employer gadni aduguthey correct ga cheppatle...

you can probably upgrade your previous amendment to premium.

i know your situation is tricky. If  I were you will start an extention right now better to be safe.. who know both may approve at same time..

 

 my exp: happened to me.. 2 H1 (different employer) same time ( 1 reg , 1 premium) with premium regular H1 also approved.

you extension is not eligible for premium process. only your amendment is eligible.

may be amendment premium lo approve ayyaka, then you can apply for extension in premium since you come under same client and same employer cause then you can send application to Nebraska but you need to pay premium again.

Same client no? Ammendment 2021 varuku approve avte, why will you need extension? Am I missing something?

Bro I have the same situation. oct 2018 amendment ippudu premium chesaka, am i eligible for doing h1 extension in premium?

i changed  client in oct 2018 applied amendment oct 2018, my employer suggested different way, after applying the extension once we get the receipt, then with draw the amendment which is in progress.

After all of this am i eligible to do premium? as it is like amendment+H1 extension
