Yes. Apply on premium. If you get decision early you will have other options as well

First thing YES u can do extension on Amendment ... and coming to premium u can do for old petition (Amendment) ..not for Extension....

So take this scenario... Go for Premium with amendment ... (U get approval)...

Then apply for extension on it ..u can now do premium... (Rule is ..if ur not changing client and apply for extension ..U dont falll under Dec 21 Guideline).. .. Dheni vala u can get results both in few months time... Other wise...

Nope not yet...u r client is not yet updated with USCIS...so not eligible
