You should first learn the basics of exposure triangle. (ISO, aperture, Shutter speed).

These three are interchangebale based on the amount of light you have while shooting.

it comes with experience. First start street photography. Keep in manual mode and change the exposure tirangle and play around. IT doesn't come in one day. You should take 1000's of pictures and learn it.

But a SD card of 65GB and keep clkcing pictures with different settings.

My suggestion to you.

Set you camera in Aperture priority mode and click the pictures and see how the camera is adjusting the other parameters ISO and shutter speed.

Set your camera in Shutter speed mode and click the pictures and see how the camera is adjusting the other parameters ISO and Apertiure.

Again it depends on the depth of field you want to caputre the pictures the camera varies.

if you want to freeze the action then you should go with Shuuter speed priority mode.

Just paly around man with patience.

that is good for a beginner. Lens world is a ocean. It depends what type of photgraphy you are looking for.

If you do wildlife photogrpahy, lens are very expensive to caputre the moments.

if you do events indoors (Weddings, maternity,Birthday etc) - you might need different lens.

IF you do outdoors like sports event or muscial night, you need different lens.

it is a ocean man.

but to start with Lens 55mm 1.8f STM prime lens is great lens for a beinnger and you can capture  good pictures.
