Turkyamjalo lo 52lacs aa?? Nenu school veli time (10-12years back) adi oka adivi. Except bus stand and few shops nothing was there.few KM after B.N Reddy nagar tho Hyderabad start auvtundi if coming from Sagar road.

Ma desi manager experience from last June india trip

he thouught of destroing his old house in Panjagutta area and contruct a new one so his mom can stay there...

step 1: he gave contract for some x amount of money to his own saddakudu

step2: he took a rent house so his mom stays in that unti construction done and moved his stuff and mom

step3: gave 12lakhs as advance to his saddakadu

he returned to US. After a week his mom called him said I don’t need new house and I can’t stay in new house( she felt lonely in new house). She asked him to take money back from saddakudu.

Real fun: He called his saddakudu from US saying don’t start project and give money back. His saddak(bro in law) playing game saying he gave all money as adavance to contractors and material and I can’t give money back. 

He was asking me after all the , does people give money as advance to contractors? Only question I asked is if they have already destroyed or not? He said no...then I told your brother in-law is trying to rob you. He still didn’t get money.

Nenu konta 52 lakhs ki naku 200 sq yards lo new construction ippiste...rates eppudo perigipoyay turka yamjal side

buvvu cheppe bn reddy lo per yard 50k ki takkuva levu...adi kida no availability....adi dhati injapur ok 4 km vastey u r getting it for 20-25k per yard....which people who have their own vehicles are preferring..half the budget of what they get in bn reddy which is already a crowded place and pollution
