you should not be looking at short term uncle..you should only take this into account if you sold it already..say if you are holding for 10-15 yrs...wht do you thing the rate will be?..that all matters..so 2 rs interest ante it should double every 3.5 yrs or so....ante ex 14 yrski chuste 4 times double avvali...so 13k you invested should be 13*2*2*2*2 i.e around 2 lakhs avvali...let me kw if its happening

idi not at all a logic, investing in commercial space to rely on rents is a right term. Land meeda ekkada pettina adi ala exponential ga immediate ga grow avvadu. it's an asset and we should treat it that way. Neeku oorike bank interest endhuku istadi, it is also letting you lock the money for a specified time period. Land meeda investing because you want to take the risk.

Worst overhyped city in India sorry town ani cheppali...... amaravati wont even be a tier 3 city or in top 20.
