Be careful about San jose state, Cal State East Bay. Tough professors, takes a long time to graduate.

Look for these parameters:

State school or a non-profit school thats been there for 30 years

Fees

Easy to graduate

Even at Harvard, people get good grades by playing a game: joining some frat society, which gives you some insider knowledge:  take core XY101 from Prof Steve, but not Prof Zhang; a set of previous question papers by such a professor.

When you join these Cali schools, you won't have such access.  Go to some place where lots of telugu batches go. They have some insider knowledge about this. Then ace it.

Naaku telsini kondaru Western Michigan Uni and Cal state east bay ni vadilesi, NPU join aindru 4 ella kritham. Kaaranam, too tough at these schools.
