Friends, I want a review website. What language do you guys suggest ?  Where can I find freelancers and how much would it cost?

Most hosting sites offer to install Wordpress with a click of a button. You can add free plugins, customize with free skins/CSS but also buy pro templates and install them, if desired. Search YouTube on installing and customizing WP.

If you want to develop a site from scratch, open source PHP with MySQL (LAMP stack) is the quickest and every hosting provider offers these. You need to learn PHP, secure coding, etc.
