Pay increase em undadu in fte as usual 2-3 hike 8% bonus unless u hada promotion correct me if im wrong

Just work chesthe saripodhu, u need to know how to present it to the management in a way he understands the importance of ur work and role, if u dont talk then cant really expect much from ur management, as they may not be doing micro-management or knows wat u are upto 

talk doesnt mean lick their shoes kind of stuff, formal gane ni work related ye matladu

Still 1*1 lo chepali, cheppaali in the sense business justification n complexity involved in it etc
