easy dude.. 55 inch tv allowed in Emirates, British airways instead of one checked in luggage . pay customs in india which is less than 10k rupees.  done deal.

I have taken two times and no issues if you customs fee

indian customs have values based on year and models . if it is old tv and if you have receipt they charge 30% on depreciation value .

f50 inch samsung tv $270 konna. vadu 8000 rs kattammandu.  katta.

 

na old tv 5 yrs back di aithe 3000rs adigadu. kattesa

55inch with packing.... so 55” tv considered as extra luggage
