thats true....Parfum has strong oils. Anduke ladies fragrances are more strong than men's. hence ladies buy parfum's and men go for Cologne. 

But there men parfum (most Eau de parfum) and they are expensive and pretty good like my fav Tom Ford Noir Extreme, YSL L'Intense etc
