bro na dho question .... how do you guys apply for requirements apart from the current work title (nuvu chesavu ani kadhu)? naaku idea leeka adugutunna ... 

say like team leads / manager position etc vatiki ela apply chestaru ? how do you manage the questions asked with in the interviews. 

FT lo company lo vunte work chesinadani batti lo mileage tho promote avadam choosanu ... but manollu or tellolu if they are working on some tech i dont understand how they can change to a complete different tech or title. ofcouse different tech nerchukonna kani experience ela choopistatu ... 

apart from techical roles architects / leads / manager positions ki move ela annadi main doubt ...
