If not selling renting is also an option right. Property manager ki Icheste he takes care of any repairs rentals and evictions legally.

buy a smaller place.. take 15 or 10 fixed loan, next two years lo you would have paid a good amount on your principal

Saint Louis lo renting or buying house edhi better?  If we can hold for 3 to 5 years...

st louis kaadu, home prices appreciation is stagnated and infact decreasing, home buying has been screwed up big time due to new tax laws (there are very few incentives left for buying a home), no tax benefits, higher interest rates, lesser demand due to higher prices

all those who dint buy until now, save cash, next 2 yrs lo 20% correction untadi, but it then, til then enjoy the peace of mind living in rental homes

dont trust me, check this case schiller index, predictor of home prices has been stagnant since june 2018
