Sabitha Indra Reddy Meets KTR - Shock to Congress-

It looks like another legislator of Telangana Congress is going to leave the party in shock. MLA of Maheshwaram and senior party leader, Sabitha Indra Reddy and her son Karthik Reddy are likely to join ruling TRS soon. There has been some talk of Sabitha switching sides from more than a week now, in view of MLC elections on 12 March.

AIMIM chief & Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi hosted a meeting at his residence in Hyderabad which involved the TRS working President KTR, Sabitha and her son Karthik Reddy. Sabitha, reportedly, sought Chevella Lok Sabha ticket for his son as pre-condition to join TRS.

Given the alliance between Congress and TDP in assembly election, Karthik Reddy lost Rajendra Nagar MLA ticket to TDP's Ganesh Gupta. As the former TRS' parliament member from Chevella, Konda Vishweshwar Reddy joined Congress ahead of elections in 2018, Rahul Gandhi has promised him the MP ticket again. On other day, Rahul addressed a huge gathering in Hyderabad and attacked Modi-KCR's secret partnership. Throughout this meeting, Konda Vishweshwar was seen standing next to Rahul.

Since Congress high command did not pay any attention to Sabitha's request to give Chevella MP ticket to her son Karthik Reddy, she is all set to switch sides before the MLC elections.
