Contracting lo chesa in past . Oka project 1.5 years and inko project 3 months . Not worth it . 2nd project quit chesa telling on face to manager that this project is worst place to work and it is illegal to make contractors work for 14-15 hours a day without paying . Ippudu Enta ichina OT cheyanu . Work life balance is most important !!

Kotha project vethkoni move Avvu buddy . It’s not worth it . You get frustrated very very soon . Experience to telling .
