Your view is idealistic but in reality some serious cases cannot be treated in India ... even for an avg person he has to go somewhere... if you want treatment it's the responsibility of people to bring that treatment to India

Now who pays depends on a ton of things .... if you work in some Microsoft, they pay insurance, if you are a contracter you pay for it..... you don't say microsoft is customers money.
