1- hsa - 3500 shared deductible out of max 7000 shared + employee 1000 contribution

Visit 80% after deductible

2 - 2000 (dedu)/7000 (out of)family 

Visit - copay 

300/450 vunnay per month which plan is better?

 think about how much you will spend for the year , if it is <2000 aa 2000 ded lo motham kadathav , but if you are anticipating some major expenses like pregnancy etc then option 1 may be better (since this is a high deductible and hsa you can opt for some hsa deduction and pay the expenses through HSA , ex: Year ki oop max 7000 aithe , through hsa 6950 kattochu anukunta (this was 2018 limit) , 2019 may be a little higher so all of your payments anni tax free ga kattochu

also if you are healthy and do not use except for some routine visits , take the one with the lower monthly premium/no copay

Take high deductible f u dont hav major health issues then put some money into hsa. Simple
