Maa brother ki last year October lo H1 start ayindhi...then this January lo FT job vachindhi so changed employer...eppudu he got a very good offer from another company....Oorike ela employers change avthe issue untadha ani he is worried

do you guys suggest to accept the new offer or no? Oorike ala change aythe risk untadha emanna

Let's say he gets accepted an offer at some small company and now an offer came from FAANG company appudu ?

He should be only concerned about the new company offer, if they already offered him a job, then they don’t care.. tranfer doesn’t have to anything with frequent employer changes.. In fact, high salary has very good chances of not getting rejected because of high wage level

He is into health care IT....very less companies unnay sponsorship chesetivi...he interviewed during the time when premium process was stopped...they responded now
