em kaadhu nenu similar situation lo unde  nenu 1 yr lo 3 employers maaranu this was in 2012

1.contracting chesthunde got fte

2.transferred to fte (join ayna 2 months ki company ni ammesaru konnodu layoffs modalu pettadu so had to change)

3.transferred h1 to new consulting company

Is he eyeing on GC and becoming chitizen in omerica then might have to concern... if not it’s up to him to choose his career and goals. Changing so often is picha light gaaaa.. only reason if he got new offer from top notch let him go and stay there for a while. I changed 2 consulting in 1 year after that no change staying same job for long no plan to move out until company is closed down completely or some asteroid hit earth
