anxiety & depression

naku chala years kritham undedi..I was able to come out of it with the help of my parents support.

Ippudu US lo untunna 5 years nundi..gatha 2 years ga on and off depressed ga untunna..month lo min 10days ayna e phase untondi. also anxiety baga perigipoyindi..over thinking and stress kuda. Most of the time chala restless and irritated ga untunna. I am avoiding many people and things in my life just with the fear of losing them due to my condition. chala moody ga untunna. 

when I am reaching out to people while I'm depressed and wanted to hear someone talk..either they are being busy or I'm making them bored with my depressed talks and.sucidal thoughts em ravatledu kani worthless feeling vochestondi. :(

Same feeling since past 6 months

That's the reason I am living with a family....

They have a kid make some Time pass.

I attend church by some time I find peace there

Are you a guy? Or a girl? Here are the usual ones:

-Go to the gym and workout until you exhaust yourself. It is the best anti-depressant.

-Take up a personal project/hobby and finish it through. 

-Accept the reality as-is. (This is hard to understand, but PM me if you have more questions. I can guide you towards some books).

asalu crowd lo ki velalantene chala concious aipotunna. office lo aithe edo manage chestunna..gym ki veltunna kani i am unable to focus.

Inka chepali ante I'm unable to stay in the present..mind wither chala wavering ga untondi or completely dull and blank ga untondi. I'm zoning out a lot of times.

movies chudamante interest undatledu. which I used to like before. theater ku veli movie chudalanipinchatledu..velina i'm falling asleep. netflix, prime subscriptions unnayi..but not using them.

I sit down to start learning something new..10mins kuda focus undatledu.
