Brides were cleaners and grooms were into IT or out of status and most of the brides had same address. This itself was a red flag. Mr.kolla knew that these marriages would end up being caught and was all prepared to spend time in jail. Accepting money through Zelle tells that his planning was so immature. he charged less so he can extract money from more ppl as long as he is not caught. It seems he wired 175k to india between Jan and May 2018. I am sure he wired even more in 2017. His plan might have been to spend time in jail and once deported he can enjoy his retirement in india.

Advertising for eb5 is not a scam. However, there are many scams involving eb5 $500K regional center investments.  You don't know whether you are investing in fraud regional centers, which take money, but your visa petitions get denied.
