Your FTE is equivalent to 125k due to benefits. So about 60 per hour.

C2C 85 is 68 per hour based on 80-20. Which is 8*40*50=16,000 more.

FTE lo bonus oka 5% vesukunte 5.5k, insurance lo oka 5k save, leaves pay - 10k, ikkade naaku 20k vachindi with minimum assumptions...

cost of living is cheap in FL compared to DMV,  also the bumper offer in VA is you need pay property tax for your vehcile every year

I already accounted for leave pay by using only 50 weeks in my calculations instead of 52.

adenti...3 weeks vacation with 3 or 4 sick days minimum kada? why only 2 weeks as per you? and you did not count long weekends which will be around 8-10 days..

I used to get atleast 4 weeks vacation days and extra sick days since the time i came to usa...
