లండన్‌: భారత్‌లో బ్యాంకులను లూటీచేసి విదేశాలకు పారిపోయిన వజ్రాల వ్యాపారి నీరవ్‌ మోదీకి లండన్‌ కోర్టు షాక్‌ ఇచ్చింది. అతడికి అరెస్టు వారెంటు జారీ చేసింది. దీంతో అతడు త్వరలోనే అరెస్టయ్యే అవకాశముంది. ముంబయిలోని పంజాబ్‌ నేషనల్‌ బ్యాంకుకు వేల కోట్ల రూపాయలు ఎగ్గొట్టి విదేశాలకు పారిపోయిన నీరవ్‌ను భారత్‌కు తీసుకొచ్చేందుకు సీబీఐ, ఈడీ ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్న విషయం తెలిసిందే. అతడిపై చట్టపరమైన చర్యలు తీసుకొని తిరిగి భారత్‌కు తీసుకొచ్చేందుకు మార్గం సుగమం చేయాలని కోరుతూ ఈ నెల 9న లండన్‌లోని హోంశాఖ కార్యాలయానికి ఈడీ లేఖ రాసింది. దీన్ని పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకున్న లండన్‌ కోర్టు అతడికి అరెస్టు వారెంటు జారీ చేసింది. నీరవ్‌ మోదీ ప్రస్తుతం లండన్‌లో వజ్రాల వ్యాపారం చేస్తున్నాడంటూ ఇటీవల అక్కడ ఓ పత్రిక కథనం ప్రచురించింది. ఓ ఖరీదైన కోటును ధరించిన నీరవ్‌.. అక్కడ ఓ పాత్రికేయుడికి తారసపడటంతో అతడు లండన్‌లో ఉన్నట్టు తెలిసింది.

He will apply for bail which he will get, and then India has to submit proofs to prove that he did fraud.

and then initiate the deportation proceedings, which Nira Modi can still appeal..in case adi odipote appudu he will be deported..
