Chala varaku NRI, politicians, business people are responsible for inflation in India anpisthadi. For eg.

oka pvt school city outskirts lo pettali anukunte, ee inflated real estate perigi povatam valla, aa bhaaram students and their parents paina padthundi?. 

Same example for all kind of business,companies etc.

oka chinna idea ochindi.

govt ippudunna market rate prakaram real estate(plots,flats etc) declare chesesi, ee musugulo debbalata lekunda(govt rate 1k unte market rate 5k etc), stamp duty 6% nundi 3 % ki tagginchi, oka 1 year time ichi, aa tarvatha jarige transactions anni(including rate increment) govt control chesthe inflation, corruption ila anni tagguthay annadi na opinion emantaru?.
