credit card konni primary insurance laga untayi if you charge the entire amount on them but konni secondary , looks like yours is secondary but general ga check with your regular insurance , sometimes they cover even if you are travelling/driving a different car to some extent , no harm in checking

How did you rent that car without liability insurance? Have you bought Supplementary Liability insurance (SLI) from the car rental, since you don't have any insurance whatsoever? If you bought SLI, but not CDW/LDW, from the rental, tell your cc that you have "main" insurance; in this case, SLI is the main insurance.

CITI double cash back

you should use the card for booking. you just cant change card after accident. generally cards cover the deductible part of insurance claim. since you dont have a primary insurance, i am not sure how they will deal with it. maybe they can reject to pay.

you should have used a card which provides primary insurance like Amex. Risky driving without insurance.

Take the car to mechanic and ask for estimate to repair. For bumper I think it approximately costs $1500 (Not sure in your case how much it damaged).  If 1000 or 2000 if you have money you can spend in case credit cars are not covering.

What about the car you hit ? Did that car also got damaged?
