but i heard that for some people nerve damage avvuthadhi.. so they loose sensitivity around the chin .. its a risk but very rare ..go with experienced doctor

Naku anesthesia ivvaledu 

they injected into my gums and removed it, I got removed only two. Numbness untundi like for 6 hrs.

i got it removed around 3 pm so for rest of the day rest tiskunna. Only yogurt tinna 

next day normal aindi no pain encountered. For a day or two liquids tiskunna. Like soups and yogurt .

i got only 2 removed.. other 2 was not bothering me.. doctors recommend to get all 4 out...but i said no....  ya 1 setting lo ayithe.. same recovery time lo finish avvuthayi.. malli malli evadu pothadu...

Local anesthesia ichinatte ga if they gave to ur gums ? They said they would do the same for me.

Pain undadu, pain killers untayi, depending on how much you need, you can take those, also if you take antibiotics gums won't bleed.

full anthesia isthadhu.. honestly you will be un conscious for 20-30 min.. lechesariki antha ayyipothadhi... feels numb... drug will wear off in 5-6 hours...slight pain untadhi for for few hours.. anthe.. nothing unbearble.. next day morning ki feels better... 2-3 days sensitive ness kuda pothadhi.. 1 week lo antha set
