Let her stay for few months & ask her to come back- if she is questioned & denied then she would know that she has exhausted her visa period

Expect a lot of grilling. They will make her sit in that room for a couple of hours in the worst case. They will ask questions about whether she was working illegally during those 5 months. Basically, provide evidence for whatever she did during those 5 months. Also provide the evidence for graduation ceremony.

CBP worries about these things:  was she working illegally? Will she go back after June first week or is she planning to settle in amurica?

In the worst case, they can send her back.

No clear answer for this bro .. maa frnd CBP ki mail pampaadu rule kosam .. they said you cannot stay in an year for 6 months.. but naa personal experience batti maa parents 3 months gap lo vacharu .. no questions asked.. there are no answers for this.

But reason valid undaali .. if they try to question for more time if they sense that they might be working illegally. If you have a good reason, you must be ok even with 1 day gap.
