Note - Naaku manchi FTE offer ready ga undi if I get HNalugu EAD. your wife has i140 but she is on h4 now? in that case you cant use her i140 for your h4-ead, she need to be on h1 with approved h4-ead a. you can go back to h1 anytime you want based on your 140 and you need atleast some time left on h1b too. b.once you moved to h4-ead, you cant simply go back to your employer. You need to apply for h4-h1 status change again. h4-ead lepisina already ichana h4-ead 99% cancel avvavu. They will just stop renewals and new applications. if FTE client also offers sponserships, for now h4-ead medha vellu and later they will apply h1b if neccessary. You can do change of status to h4 or h1 but adhi antha mana mesthri meeda depend avuthundhi. Thanu willing or not ani to do. 2. Nee h1 already undhi kabatti you will not come under cap exemption.
