Chandrababu Naidu has given a big shock to son Nara Lokesh. By not giving tickets to both Butta Renuka and SV Mohan Reddy from Kurnool, Naidu has sent a signal that he is the sole decision maker in the party. By not entertaining Lokesh, Naidu has taken his own decision that would benefit for the party.

It can be noted that earlier in July 2018, Nara Lokesh had announced that SV Mohan Reddy would re-contest as Kurnool MLA and Butta Renuka as Kurnool MP. He had asked the people to vote for them and help them win with a huge majority. Lokesh had shocked by announcing so. That was the first time, Lokesh publicly announced the candidates in the coming election. In fact, that's the last as well. Lokesh's statement got criticism from some leaders and political analysts.

However, many thought Naidu would consider Lokesh's opinion while finalizing the candidates for 2019 general elections in AP. But Naidu has given a rude shock to Lokesh by not giving ticket to any of the two announced candidates.

Butta Renuka had become emotional and cried and re-joined YSR Congress. She had joined back YCP and announced that she joined unconditionally. She said she would work for TDP's defeat. Meanwhile, SV Mohan Reddy too cried foul by not allotting the ticket. SV Mohan Reddy said he has been cheated and he said he learnt his mistake. Admitting that he has made a big mistake by moving from YCP to TDP, SV Mohan Reddy is now returning to YCP. He said he is joining back YSRCP without any expectation. Mohan Reddy said he will work for TDP's failure in Kurnool.

So, the big question on many lips is whether there is any importance to Nara Lokesh's words or not in TDP?
