If you dont involve agents, first people dont come forward either to buy or sell the properties. Even Tax title offices need buyer or seller to make the process legally unless if either buyer or seller certified things. r2d2 Posted March 21, 2019 Report Share Posted March 21, 2019 it is safe to have a realtor... but not a must.. if you are savvy enough to get the title check ( similar to NO encumbrances ) & the home inspection done thoroughly.. you can actually save some money..
