Mint app from Intuit - link it to your bank accounts. It will have access to you accounts in read only mode - no transfers are possible (if you are concerned). No need to re-enter data redundantly into another app. You should be able to re-categorize expenses in your online bank (if any expenses are not categorized correctly). For instance, Wells Fargo automatically categorizes expenses and allows you to re-categorize any incorrect ones. You can also “teach” WF to categorize as you want any similar past/future expenses.

BofA online account lo you can literally link any bank account and you can check your total balance /debt. But the question is by doing so what are you really achieving? Consolidating in one place doesn’t make you any further rich/poor. It’s your habits that makes all the difference and how you want your lifestyle that determines the future.

Mint has saved me money many times by sending me notifications when banks charged me fines/fees “sneakily without my knowledge” (no notifications) - even when there were no issues with my accounts. I called the banks and had the charges waived just in time.
