Not in for-profit educational institutions. Invest in research, invest in public schools, invest in hiring good faculty, fund students that are motivated, that truly deserve what they are getting. A lot of these students that got a free ride in these private engineering colleges haven't been able to secure a job and are pretty much unemployable. What's the point in giving them scholarships? Those people are not stupid like you blaming free education for the unemployment rate in the country. Education is a basic necessity not a privilege for the wealthy.
