Joined Employer A on H1B Receipt Notice and started working for Client A.(I94 Expired).Client A work scrap ayyindi and Employer chustunnadu next project.Twist enti ante, Trannsfer RFE came, for SOW, Client Letter..

1. Can we reply RFE with client B details in case if I find a project? Are we allowed to reply RFE with client B details when the RFE is about for Client A?
2. Can we reply RFE with client A details even though we know that assignment is going to end in 1 week.  It seems that attorney is not showing interest on this.
3. What will happen if I go back to India? Will my employer withdraw the petition and will re-initiate  when I find a next assignment from India?

This is not a complicated case given your willingness to let the transfer petition die(withdraw) and go out of country and apply with new employer.  But you could have been pro-active when you know job is ending (like not understanding the sensitivity of the situation or employer properly and joining based on receipt). If your old petition (prior) to transfer is still active then you can ask that employer to take you or go out of country and file via old employer and come back. But you have to test your luck if you decide to not to go and continue to fight with A employer. I doubt they will care about your immigration at this point.

No, you may have to file new petition with Client B and withdraw Client A petition.  This way you will be on safe side but i think you may not be able to work until Petition is approved with Client B. Premium undi kabatti you can test your luck. RFE undi kabatti you can buy time with that petition and status. I hope you understand what i’m trying to tell.
