When I checked with employer they said premiums are paid. Deductions also I can see in my payslip.Now as per legal rights can I sue the insurance company for policy termination without informing to member even though premiums are made. I have kids . Need some help. If your insurance is through your employer, then it’s their responsibility to check with the insurance company. My claim had been denied due to coverage terminated . With providing all proofs, insurance company ni dengavacha.
