Health insurance cancelled

Hello,

my health insurance was terminated without prior informing me. Even though I paid my premiums. When I checked with employer they said premiums are paid. Deductions also I can see in my payslip.Now as per legal rights can I sue the insurance company for policy termination without informing to member even though premiums are made. I have kids . 

Need some help.

Antha advice ichhe dum dB lo untundha? Check with lawyer man . Pay for one session and confirm

If your insurance is through your employer, then it’s their responsibility to check with the insurance company. Nuvvu ni employer ni 10gu

I checked with them , they said premium is deducted,they said we don’t know for what reason they cancelled. My claim had been denied due to coverage terminated . With providing all proofs, insurance company ni dengavacha. I checked healthcare.gov website .member should be notified 30days before termination ani undi.
