Mueller report finds no obstruction but does not exonerate Trump, Justice Dept. says

Members of the Department of Justice met on Saturday and Sunday to review Special Counsel Robert Mueller's report on his investigation into possible Russian interference in the 2016 election. Members of Congress are reviewing the brief from Attorney General William Barr.
