YSRCP Nagari MLA Roja is contesting for the same assembly constituency. On March 22nd, Roja had filed her nomination and she revealed that the total value of her assets is Rs 7.38 crore. In the election affidavit, Roja also claimed that she owns seven cars.

The value of immovable assets is Rs 4,64,20,669 while the value of movable assets is Rs 2,74,17,761. Roja owes debts worth Rs 49,85,026 and she credited an amount of Rs 50 Lakh on each of her kid's name as fixed deposit. The affidavit also disclosed that her husband and director Selvamani owns Rs 58 Lakh worth movables assets and debts of Rs 22 Lakh. For the year 2017-18 Roja stated that she paid Rs 52,63,291 as income tax.

The cars owned by Roja are Mahindra Scorpio, Chevrolet, Toyota Innova Crysta, Toyota Fortuner, Ford Endeavour and others.

This is just a myth for immovable assets. 

 

they will show the registration value of the asset when it was acquired. If she acquired something for 2,00,000 in 1990 and it costs 20,00,00,000 then they will still show it as 2,00,000. MOvable assets are a different story.

 

This is for everyone, all parties, all states,... and not unique to Roja
