Hi Friends,

Yadigiri gutta nundi 5kms duram lo JSR venture lo plots kondam anukuntunna. rate 6k per gajam cheptunadu.is it a good deal?

Marchipothe ela ba... gutta is far from actual city.. I would not suggest..

gutta rupurekhalu motham maripoinayi vaa...chala peddaga kadutunaru..and can easily become hub of activity in the vicinity areas...manchi commercial zone ayettu vundi...hmore like a religious satellaite town..infra kuda baga katinaru..road network, by pass roads, yadadri temple, facilities kuda baaga improve chesinaru...

immediate ga kastamemo...kani oka 10-15 years lo massive returns ravochu...less than 10k per yard with growth chance vundi ikade anukunta...
