The whole reason for the physical card is to encourage anyone who is interested to switch to Apple Products/Services. For iOS users they really don't need physical card since it is integrated with Wallet App.

 TV + is a new streaming service but i don’t know if the providers will provide 4k content (entire). This is coming to all smart TV’s including Samsung, LG, Vizio, etc
