Hello all , 

H1-B unsued time undi . I had to quit job and move to India for personal reasons. Came back in F1 and currently on STEM OPT . 

H1-B recapture ki high chances of RFEs and processing time is long ani telsindi .  Attorney recapture cheddam antunadu . 

ilanti siatuation evarikyna unda.   Please guide. Naku best option enti? 

 

Is it mandatory to be outside USA  for an year to apply in CAP when i have unused time ? 

Please suggest ,
