teluguvoicenews
The Telangana High Court has sent notices to Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao for providing fake information in the election affidavit. A petition was filed in the High court that KCR has misinterpreted the election commission. “KCR had 64 criminal cases against him but in the affidavit, he said that there are only four cases. So KCR should be immediately disqualified,” the petitioner said. Accepting the petition, the High Court has sent notices to KCR and 14 election commission officials. They should have to reply to the notices within 4 weeks and if not KCR have to face serious troubles.
