Company paid vacation 8 weeks aite u can take SDI, but form full chesi CA govt ki letter pampali. Only 45 or 50% pay chestaru

2 things...

1. Company paid vacation....adi 8 weeks teskuntav. just follow the company policy and apply for the leave.

2. Using Calif Maternity leave, Infy vadiki konni forms fill cheyali (internal process emundo telvadu), then u need to apply for CA Leave

konni documents might be required form Infy side for this.

if employer doesn't pay during that period then you can avail sdi
